We have been informed that Sampo plc has made an agreement resulting in the fact that the total percentage of share capital of Incap Corporation owned by Sampo Group decreases below 5 %.

The percentage of the shares and votes of Incap Corporation owned by Sampo Group changes upon the realisation of the agreement as described in the enclosure.
