The Board meeting of Incap Corporation held today appointed MSc. (Eng.) Seppo Ropponen,(52) as President and CEO for Incap Corporation.
Seppo Ropponen has extensive and long experience in development and management of technology-based businesses. He has previously worked, among others, in global organisations for industrial automation at A. Ahlstrom and Honeywell, and at Case/CNH in Paris. His latest responsibilities have been in management of smaller enterprises operating in telecommunications and information technology.
Seppo Ropponen will start at Incap on 2 April 2002. Mrs Eija Jansson-Tervonen, CFO for Incap Corporation, will act as temporary president until then.
The Board of Directors further appointed Jorma Terentjeff, Industrial Counsellor, to act as Chairman of the Board.
