In order to create maximum efficiency in OSE Systems, the top management of OSE Systems are now centred in Sweden together with product management and engineering. This means that Ola Berglund, CEO of Enea Data AB, enters a position as acting President of OSE Systems, thus succeeding Mike Dager who now leaves the Enea Group. From a legal perspective the corporate structure remain unchanged, with the OSE Group being headquartered in the United States.
The global nature of the operations remains and the North American sales organization is intact with its headquarter in San Jose, California.
