Seppo Ropponen, MSc. (Eng.), who started as President and CEO for Incap Corporation on 2 April 2002, was today also appointed President of JMC Tools Oy.
Kalevi Laurila, previous President of JMC Tools Oy, will continue on developing the company and its business in his position as a board member for both JMC Tools Oy and Incap Corporation.
JMC Tools Oy will, after the ongoing exchange of shares, become a subsidiary of Incap Corporation.
