Designed for the style conscious and socially active consumer, the Nokia 8280 phone includes features such as user-changeable front and back Xpress-onÔ color covers, a mobile Internet browser, mobile messaging with predictive text input and downloadable ring tones. Shipments began last week.

Additionally, the Nokia 8280 phone has space for ten downloadable ring tones to add an even more personal touch.
