VARMA MUTUAL PENSION INSURANCE COMPANY'S HOLDING in SAMPO PLC
Sampo plc (business code 0142213-3) has today received a disclosure under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total number of Sampo shares and related voting rights owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company has fallen below three-twentieths (3/20) of Sampo plc's entire stock and voting rights.
