BALTIKA'S SALES IN DECEMBER
Baltika's consolidated net sales in December totalled EEK 100.1 million,
expanding by 54% yoy. Retail sales grew 58% yoy and amounted to EEK 96.8 million.
Wholesale increased by 16% to EEK 3.2 million.

The fastest growing retail markets in December were Russia (+171% yoy), Latvia
(+75%) and Estonia (+56%). In Lithuania retail sales grew 46% and in Ukraine
27% yoy.
As of the end of December, Baltika Group had 112 shops with total sales area of
19,584 square metres. In December, Baltika opened two stores in Ukraine. In the
first half of 2007, Baltika plans to open 12-16 new stores. Openings will mostly
take place in Lithuania and Russia.
In full year 2006, Baltika's preliminary unaudited sales amounted to EEK 900
million (+32% yoy), including retail sales of EEK 736 million (+35%) and
wholesale of EEK 152 million (+26%).
