The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to reduce the share capital of the ISIN code DK0010218429 with effect from 13 February 2007. On 28 September 2006, the ordinary general meeting in Bang & Olufsen adopted to reduce the share capital by cancelling own shares.
