AUDITED ANNUAL REPORT 2006

The consolidated audited net sales of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of
2006 were 4.2 billion kroons (270.9 million euros). The net sales of the
comparable period last year were 2.9 billion kroons (183.9 million euros). The
net sales increased by 47 per cent. 

The consolidated audited net profits of the Group for the year of 2006 were
274.7 million kroons (17.6 million euros). The profit of the comparable period
last year was 91.8 million kroons (5.9 million euros). The profit increased
almost three times. 

The increase of profit by 1.7 million kroons (0.1 million euros) published in
4th quarter interim report was caused by subsidiary SIA TKM Latvija. SIA TKM
Latvija has bought land plots which cost will be capitalized
