The Observatory Board of SC Klaipėdos Nafta in its meeting of April 19, 2007 has
elected the following members of the Board: Vladas Gagilas Saulius Spėčius,     
Robertas Tamošiūnas, Algimantas  Slapšinskas, Laurentina Garbauskienė.          
Vladas Gagilas was elected the Chairman of the Board in the Board's meeting of  
April 19, 2007.
