In accordance with chapter 2, section 9, of the Securities Market
Act, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company has reported us that
they have on 21 May 2007 subscribed for the convertible promissory
notes entitling them to subscribe for 400,000 shares of Incap
Corporation. If Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company applies
the subscription right in its entity, their holdings of the share
capital and votes of Incap Corporation exceeds 5%.
