PTA Grupp AS announces that as of June 4, 2007, a significant change has taken
place in the ownership structure of PTA Group AS. 

Skandinaviska Ensklida Banken AB announced that it has decreased its holding in
PTA Group AS below 5 %. To the end of the day 04.06.2007 the Skandinaviska
Enskilda Banken AB Clients account own 1 865 884 PTA Grupp stocks, what
constitute 4,9171% of PTA Grupp AS stocks.
