Conclusion of a construction contract

AS Eesti Ehitus has received an order from AS Eurox, a subsidiary of AS         
Nordecon, to commence the preparatory works of the office building situated at  
Liivalaia 45/47, Tallinn. The approximate value of the construction is EEK 300  
million (EUR 19.2 million) with the precise value to be agreed after completion 
of current project design works.                                                

The height of the building will be 54.2 meters and it will have gross space of  
17,000 sqm with 14 floors above and 3 floors below ground.
