At Jyske Bank's annual and extraordinary general meetings held on 13 and 29 March 2007, respectively, it was decided to reduce the Bank's nominal share capital by DKK 60m to DKK 560m. The three-month period of notice prescribed in S.46(2) of the Danish Companies Act having expired on 24 July 2007, the Bank's Supervisory Board today confirmed the decision taken at the general meeting. On 13 February 2007, Jyske Bank announced that the Bank's holding of own shares amounted to 5,805,631 shares of DKK 10, or 9.4 % of the share capital. After the capital reduction of DKK 60m, the Bank's holding of own shares is 915,907 shares, corresponding to 1.6% of the share capital.
