Conclusion of a construction contract

On September 28, 2007, AS Eesti Ehitus wholly-owned subsidiary AS
Linnaehitus and Riigi Kinnisvara AS signed an agreement for AS Linnaehitus to
perform the reconstruction works of C. R. Jakobson nim Gümnaasium in Viljandi. 

Price of the contract is EEK 49.8 million (EUR 3.2 million) excluding VAT and
works are to be completed in August 2008.
