CORRECTION: Conclusion of a construction contract

AS Eesti Ehitus wholly-owned subsidiary AS Linnaehitus and OÜ Altio Invest
signed an agreement for AS Linnaehitus to build new production and office
building situated at Vahi Tööstuspark, Tartu. 

The price of the contract is EEK 70 million (EUR 4.5 million), excluding VAT.
The construction works are to be performed during the period from November 2007
to June 2008.
