Conclusion of a construction contract

AS Eesti Ehitus and OÜ Altio Invest signed an agreement for AS Eesti Ehitus to
build new production and office building situated at Vähi Tööstuspark, Jõhvi. 

The price of the contract is EEK 70 million (EUR 4.5 million), excluding VAT.
The construction works are to be performed during the period from November 2007
to June 2008.
