Amendment to Final terms for the prospectus - Capital Centre E, series 12E

Amendment to "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in
Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre E, series 12E (fixed-rate noncallable
bonds, amortisation independent of payments on underlying bonds)" 

In connection with the opening of new ISIN codes by Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
"Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit
A/S, Capital Centre E, series 12E (fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
independent of payments on underlying bonds)" has been amended. 

The bonds specified in Appendices 1 have been added to the final terms.

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre E, including the final bond terms, is available at nykredit.com/ir.
