Conclusion of a construction contract

AS Eston Ehitus, a subsidiary in which AS Eesti Ehitus has acquired a 52%
interest and Win Markets OÜ signed an agreement for AS Eston Ehitus to build
new parking house situated at Lai street 7, Pärnu. 
The price of the contract is more than EEK 80 million (more than EUR 5
million), excluding VAT. The construction works are to be performed during the
period from November 2007 to August 2008.
