New Enea Linux Competence Center Established to Address Growing Demand for
Reliable Linux Systems and Services

Stockholm, Sweden, and San Jose, CA, December 7, 2007 - Enea (Nordic
Exchange/Small Cap/ENEA), a world leading provider of network software and
services, today announced the establishment of a dedicated Enea Linux Competence
Center (ELCC). The center was developed following Enea's acquisition of Swedish
company, QiValue Technologies, a leading provider of Linux solutions, earlier
this year. The acquisition has proven to be strategically sound, and the ELCC
further enables Enea to bolster its Linux expertise and strengthen its Linux
software offering to meet growing market demands.

Industry analyst firm, Venture Development Corporation reports that
manufacturers of embedded systems are selecting Linux more often than any other
operating system, with a majority of the developers stating that they would opt
for Linux for their next projects. Linux is a key component of the Enea
Accelerator Platform™, which allows equipment manufacturers to more efficiently
provide carriers with converged network solutions.

“Enea is committed to delivering commercial, carrier-grade software platforms
that enable telecommunications, automotives and medical equipment manufacturers
to more quickly respond to evolving market demands and reduce development
costs,” said Gregory Singh, Senior Vice President Nordic Services, Enea. “Our
greatest challenge is continuously recruiting top-talent programmers to meet the
high demand for Linux-based solutions. We definitely have some of the world's
most qualified developers at the ELCC.”

The ELCC currently has 40 employees, and Enea aims to increase this to a staff
of 60 within the coming months. For more information about Enea or the ELCC,
