SELVER OPENS TWO STORES IN NARVA

On December 18, 2007 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,
concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Kerese Keskus OÜ for
operating a supermarket in street Kerese 3/Kosmonaudi 4 in Narva. The planned
sales area for Selver is 1500 sq m and the total lease area is 2320 sq m. The
new Selver will be opened at the end of February 2008. 

On January 7, 2008 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,
concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Valerston Grupp OÜ for
operating a supermarket in Tiimani street 20 in Narva. The planned sales area
for Selver is 1200 sq m and the total lease area is 1900 sq m. The new Selver
will be opened in fourth quarter 2008.
