Tilgin signs global IPTV co-operation agreement with leading system integrator

Stockholm, Sweden, 20 February 2008: Tilgin, a leading provider of customer
premises equipment (CPE) for triple play, next-generation broadband and
IMS-based services, has signed a worldwide sales and marketing co-operation
agreement with Nokia Siemens Networks a globally recognized system integrator
regarding the sale of pre-integrated Tilgin IPTV set-top boxes to selected
customers.

According to the agreement Tilgin will be promoted as a preferred supplier of
Nokia Siemens, with respect to Tilgin products certified with the system
integrator's technical platform, which is known for its industry leading
solution. Under the agreement, the Tilgin IPTV Mood product series will be
specifically tailored for compatibility with the evolution of Nokia Siemens'
technical platform end eco-partners for IPTV solutions. The agreement has an
initial term of two years.

As part of the co-operation, the system integrator will promote the Tilgin IPTV
solution in the context of its wider portfolio. The agreement lays the
foundation for a direct co-operation between Tilgin's sales team and Nokia
Siemens' custom business teams to discuss and team up in response to sales and
marketing opportunities for the Tilgin IPTV products.

The co-operation covers the Tilgin IPTV set-top box series Mood 300 and Mood
400, both of which include complete support for the latest generation of video
compression MPEG-4 AVC and advanced functionality such as Personal Video
Recording (PVR) and high definition TV (HDTV). The Tilgin Mood Boot Server
(MBS), for remote configuration and software updating, is included as an
integral part of the Tilgin set-top box solution.

The first step of the certification process between the parties will be
completed by April 2008.

Ola Berglund, Tilgin CEO, comments: “The fact that a leading system integrator
like Nokia Siemens Networks has selected Tilgin as a preferred IPTV set-top box
solution supplier confirms our position as a reliable supplier of this type of
solutions. Key factors in the decision to select Tilgin were our innovation
capabilities and the roadmap marked out for the joint collaboration as well as.
Tilgin's proven place in the CPE and IMS industry and a significant installed
base were critical factors. The co-operation confirms the value of our business
strategy and the quality and flexibility of the products”.
