On April 3, 2008 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer NordWest Kinnisvara OÜ for operating a new supermarket in shopping center which will be constructed in Randvere road 9/9B in Viimsi parish.
