NEW SELVER STORE IN VIIMSI

On April 3, 2008 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,
concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer NordWest Kinnisvara OÜ
for operating a new supermarket in shopping center which will be constructed in
Randvere road 9/9B in Viimsi parish. The planned sales area for the new Selver
is 2000 sq m and the total lease area is 3000 sq m. The new Selver will be
opened at the end of 2009.
