Investment AB Öresund has issued call options for 260,000 shares in Bilia AB. These options have a term of three years and a redemption price of SEK 75 per share. The price of each option is SEK 3:50.
The people participating in this option programme are board members, group management and key members of staff. They have each purchased between 2,000 and 30,000 call options.
This option programme will not result in any dilution for Bilia’s shareholders.
