I forbindelse med ordinær generalforsamling i SalMar ASA den 21. mai 2008 har styreformann Bjørn Flatgård mottatt åpne fullmakter knyttet til 6 647 903 aksjer (6,45% av totalt antall aksjer og stemmerettigheter).

Flatgård vil totalt stemme for 6 647 903 aksjer på generalforsamlingen.
