Changes in AS Tallinna Vesi supervisory council members

On Friday, 4th of July 2008 United Utilities (Tallinn) BV recalled David Leonard
Fuller from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi and appointed Steven    
Richard Fraser as a new member of the Supervisory Council.                      
                                                                                

Steven Fraser is Managing Director of the Energy & Contracting Services division
of United Utilities. He has previously worked for D.J. Ryan & Sons Limited and  
Bethell Power Services before joining United Utilities in 2005 in an Operations 
Director's role. Steven holds a MSC in Engineering Project Management. Steven   
Richard Fraser does not own any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi.                     

As of today the members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Robert John 
Gallienne (UU), Ian John Alexander Plenderleith (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD),     
Steven Richard Fraser (UU), Rein Ratas (Tallinn City), Elmar Sepp (Tallinn      
City), Deniss Boroditš (Tallinn City), Mart Mägi (independent) and Valdur Laid  
(independent).
