WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - July 9, 2008) - Kenexa® (NASDAQ: KNXA), a leading provider of recruitment and retention solutions, today announced that Tim Beaumont has joined the company as vice president of Sales for its talent management offerings. In this role, Beaumont will leverage more than 20 years of sales leadership success in building and driving high performing sales teams.

Beaumont is a prominent HR industry executive with more than 14 years of experience in the talent management space. He is best known for his role at Jacksonville, Fla.-based Vurv, where he was the chief architect behind the sales team that propelled the company from a small start-up to a contender in the talent management software market. There, he led the team that consistently delivered quarter-over-quarter revenue growth and increased the customer base by more than 160 enterprise customers.

Earlier in his career, Beaumont was vice president of Sales at Personic, Inc. and was a regional vice president of Sales at Resumix. He has held other sales executive roles, most recently at XSell, a provider of customer interaction marketing solutions.

Beaumont earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Muskingum College.
