2008 m. spalio 13 d. AB „Agrowill Group“ įsteigė dukterinę įmonę - 
UAB "Baltic farming land management". 

Įmonė užsiims dirbamos žemės portfelio valdymu, bei 2009m. bus 
parduodama investuotojams kartu su dirbamos žemės portfeliu.
