RELEASE OF MARTELA'S INTERIM REPORT 1-9/2008

Martela Corporation's interim report 1 January - 30 September 2008, will be
released on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 9.00 a.m. The stock exchange
release, interim report and presentation materials will be published at that
time on the company's website. 

An event for analysts, portfolio managers and media will be held in Finnish on
Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 10.00-11.00 a.m. at Martelatalo, Takkatie 1,
Pitäjänmäki. The result is presented by CEO Heikki Martela. 
 
At the event also Director Jaakko Luhtasela discusses the topic “competitive
advantage of a logistics centre model”.
