Weekly report on share buy backs

Since the announcement of 3 November 2008, the following transactions have been
made under the share buy back programme:

Since the share buy back programme was initiated on 4 April 2008, the total
number of repurchased shares is 2,619,510 for a total amount of DKK 939m. 

With the transactions stated above, TrygVesta owns a total of 3,260,413 own
shares, corresponding to 4.8% of the share capital. The total amount of shares
in TrygVesta is 68m including own shares.
