Lysaker, 18 March 2009 Nord Pool has received the following information from the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE): Higher power prices in Norway The prices of electricity increased in both Southern Norway (NO1) and Middle- and Northern Norway (NO2) last week. The price increased the most in Middle- and Northern Norway - by 24 kroner from week 10 to 323 kr/MWh in week 11. In Southern Norway the price went up by 16 kroner to 313 kr/MWh.
