Temporary access problems with the Nord Pool UMM application, CRA, FTP and WEB Lysaker, 30 April 2009 Due to irregularities with the firewall at Nord Pool, the market has for the time being no access to the UMM application, CRA, FTP and Nord Pool web. This has no effect on the trading and clearing processes at Nord Pool, but for those market participants that need to publish an Urgent Market Message, the procedure will be as follows: 1. Send the information about the Urgent Market Message to Elspot@npspot.com Elspot@npspot.com 2. The information will then be published on http://www.nordpoolspot.com www.nordpoolspot.com as an operational message. 3. Simultaneously, there will be published a message on CLICK Trade referring to the UMM on http://www.nordpoolspot.com www.nordpoolspot.com . Nord Pool is currently investigating the issue and will come back with information as soon as possible. Regarding information to the market information distributors, the Feed system is fully functional.
