Tivoli A/S - Stock Exchange Announcement no. 5 - 2009

Hans Skov Christensen has announced to Tivoli's board that he wishes to
withdraw as Deputy Chariman and board member of Tivoli A/S's executive board.
The executive board has decided to suggest as new board member Ulla
Brockenhuus-Schack, born 1961. 

Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack is
- Managing partner at SEED Capital Denmark K/S 
- Managing director at DTU Symbion Innovation A/S 
- Member of the executive board of Højteknologifonden and Filminstituttet
