Net Insight receives additional expansion order for Digital Terrestrial TV network from Levira

Stockholm, Sweden - Net Insight, a leading provider of efficient
optical transport solutions for media, broadcast and IP networks
today announced an order from the Estonian media network operator
Levira, for a major upgrade and expansion of their Nimbra-based
contribution and distribution network.

In 2006 Levira, owned by the Estonian state and the French telecom
and broadcasting company, TDF, deployed Net Insight's Nimbra platform
in the Estonian network for contribution, production and distribution
of Digital Terrestrial TV.

Levira is making a major network upgrade as well as extending the
capacity and adding new international transmission links across the
Baltic states. New functionality is also introduced to the network
including Net Insight's unique Time Transfer feature for GPS-free
time synchronization.

The Nimbra equipment will be delivered in the third quarter 2009.
