WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - March 1, 2010) - Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious CODiE Awards in the Best Human Capital Management Solution category. CODiE Award winners will be announced by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) in May.

Kenexa® Recruiter BrassRing (KRB) is a highly configurable and scalable global recruiting solution, meeting the needs of companies with complex, decentralized recruiting processes and multinational organizations with multilingual requirements. From attracting talent in emerging markets, to developing virtual teams, to meeting a wide range of country specific regulations, KRB helps organizations meet these demands.

"It is an honor to once again be recognized by the SIIA as one of the elite HR solutions available today. With Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing, we believe we have the best recruiting solution to fulfill the needs of recruiters, hiring managers and job candidates. By delivering our gateway in 25 different languages and supporting 27 dialects and locales, we have enhanced the overall user experience and made it possible for global organizations to reduce hiring costs and improve performance," stated Jim Restivo, chief technology officer, Kenexa.

"This is the twenty-fifth year we have recognized excellence in the software, education and information industries through the CODiE Awards program," noted Ken Wasch, President of SIIA. "In this economic climate, companies are doing even more to innovate. Kenexa has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and quality that is reflected in their selection as a finalist for the CODiE Awards. I am pleased and proud to have them listed among the candidates, and I wish them the best in the final round of voting."

One hundred eighty-eight products from 136 companies were selected as finalists from more than 785 nominations submitted by 374 companies. Nominated products underwent an intensive review by subject matter experts, analysts, journalists and others with deep experience in the field. All products that qualified as finalists will be reviewed by members of SIIA, who will vote to select winners in each category.

Originally called the "Excellence in Software Awards," the CODiEs were established in 1986 by the Software Publishers Association (SPA), which preceded the SIIA. The program was created so that pioneers of the then-nascent software industry could evaluate and honor each other's work. Since then, the CODiE Awards program has carried out the same purpose -- to showcase the software and information industry's finest products and services and to honor excellence in corporate achievement and philanthropic efforts.
