ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ                                 

In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group
Oyj re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman of the Board and Johan Hammarén as  
Vice Chairman.                                                                  

Board committees were not established because the Board only comprises three (3)
members and thus the Board will be responsible for the tasks of the committees.
