NOTIFICATION ON THE GOVERNMENT'S DECISION

The Government of the Republic of Lithuania in its meeting of 19 July, 2010,
discussed a draft resolution proposing to give approval to SC Klaipedos Nafta
to commence development of LNG terminal. The resolution regarding this matter
will be adopted on Wednesday at the meeting of the Government. 
It is intended at the Government's meeting on Wednesday (21 July) to authorise
the Ministry of Energy, as the holder in trust of SC Klaipedos Nafta shares
belonging to the State, to give approval to the development of the LNG terminal
at the Extraordinary General Meeting of SC Klaipedos Nafta.
