Early redemption of two loans originally raised by Forstædernes Bank

This is to announce that capital securities (subordinate loan capital) with the
ISIN DK0003438976 amounting to DKK 100m, originally issued by Forstædernes
Bank, 2002/2013, will be redeemed at 24 September 2010. 

Further, subordinated debt of EUR 10m, also originally raised by Forstædernes
Bank, will be redeemed at 31 October 2010. 

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has authorised the early redemption
of both loans.
