Successful declaration of tender

According to the directive no 1.5-4/91 adopted by the Municipal Engineering
Services Department on November 3rd 2010, the public tender “Reconstruction of
Ülemiste traffic junction in Tallinn” (reference number 119076) has been
awarded to a bid by AS Merko Ehitus / AS Merko Infra / Tallinna Teede AS /
Ehitusfirma Rand ja Tuulberg for a price of EEK 647 684 400 (plus VAT). 

Appeals regarding the afore-mentioned Municipal Engineering Services Department
directive may be appealed against by submitting a respective appeal to the
Public Procurement Disputes Committee (situated at Ministry of Finance of the
Republic of Estonia) within 7 days from the date the challenger knew or had to
know of infringement of its rights or injure its interest.
