Silvano Fashion Group established an Audit Committee

On November 8, the Supervisory Board of Silvano Fashion Group approved the
formation of the Audit Committee on grounds of the Authorised Public
Accountants Act. The committee has three members: Ms. Jekaterina Stuge
(Chairperson), Ms. Maivi Ots and Mr. Otto Tamme.
