To establish a Joint venture

The Board of AB “Kauno energija” decided to establish a Joint venture with AB
“Lietuvos energija”. This new established joint venture will implement a
project of building a new biofuel-fired cogeneration power plant at the site of
Petrašiūnai power plant according to the law.
