Changes in Saab's Group Management

Cecilia Schön Jansson, Head of Group Communications, leaves her
position. Jonas Hjelm, Marketing Officer and Head of Group Marketing &
Business Development, is appointed acting Head of Communications.
Cecilia Schön Jansson will continue as an advisor to Saab's CEO and the
acting Head of Communications until December 31, 2010.

“Cecilia has during her years at Saab contributed with valuable
communication competence. We are now entering a new phase with Saab and
we have agreed on going separate ways”, says Håkan Buskhe, CEO Saab.

Cecilia Schön Jansson has been Head of Group Communications at Saab
since October 1, 2007. The search for a new Head of Group Communications
starts immediately.
