Investment AB Öresund and Mats Qviberg have issued call options for a total of
200,000 shares in Bilia AB. The options have a term until August 2014 and a
redemption price of SEK 120 per share. The options are sold at market price.
The people participating in this option programme are group management and key
members of staff, a total of 64 persons. They have each purchased between 1,000
and 14,000 call options.
This option programme will not result in any dilution for Bilia's shareholders.
