Ascom (CZ) s.r.o. fokussiert sich auf öffentliche Sicherheitskommunikation und Alarmierungslösungen in Tschechien und erzielte im Jahr 2010 einen Umsatz im Bereich von CHF 3 Mio.
Die vom tschechischen Management gegründete COFI s.r.o. erwirbt per 10. Oktober 2011 die tschechische Tochtergesellschaft Ascom (CZ) s.r.o. in einem Management Buy-Out mit sämtlichen Rechten und Pflichten. Alle sieben Mitarbeitenden werden übernommen.
Die beiden Ascom Divisionen Wireless Solutions und Network Testing werden die erfolgreiche Bearbeitung des tschechischen Marktes fortsetzen.
