Bilia has acquired all shares in Blombergs Bilservice i Lidingö AB. The company has since more than 30 years operated a BMW workshop in Lidingö. The company operates from an owned property being a part of a tenant-owners’ association. The business has 7 employees and an annual turnover of about SEK 10 million. The purchase consideration amounts to SEK 8 million.
In a comment, Bilia’s Managing Director Per Avander says:
“After recently having established a Volvo workshop in Lidingö, we look forward to also be able to offer first class service to our BMW customers in Lidingö”.
