Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-02-17 10:52 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon AS and Tartu Ülikool (University of Tartu) signed a contract for the design and construction works of the centre for translational medicine, situated in Tartu, Estonia. The three-storeyed building takes up approximately 5,700 square meters (gross area). The project is co-financed by Archimedes Foundation.
The contract value without the reserve of unexpected works is 7,228,800 euros, excluding VAT. The design works begin immediately, construction works in summer 2012. Contract works last two years.
