two private debt issues

Boulogne-Billancourt, 1 August 2012 - Vallourec, world leader in premium tubular solutions, successfully completed two long-term private debt issues for a total amount of € 455 million.

The respective amounts and maturities of these two private debt issues are € 400 million over
7 years with an annual coupon of 3.25 % and € 55 million over 15 years with an annual coupon of 4.125 %.

These private debt issues, which will be used for the general financing purposes of the Group, enable Vallourec to increase its financial flexibility, lengthen the maturity of its debt profile and pursue the diversification of its financial resources.

The 7 year bonds are rated BBB+ by Standard & Poor's and will be listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris. The prospectus which obtained the AMF visa is available on the Vallourec website: http://www.vallourec.com and that of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers): http://www.amf-france.org.
