NeuroSearch A/S reports change of employee elected Board members

By the end of August 2012, the company's two employee elected Board members, Carsten Jessen and Janus Schreiber Larsen, will resign from the Board of NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) due to the expiration of their employment with NeuroSearch.

With effect from 1 September 2012, Mads P.G. Korsgaard, Manager of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, and Morten Henrik Nielsen, IT Director, will join the Board as employee elected Board members. The two new members are respectively no. 1 and 2 alternate members following the employee election of members to the Board, which was held in March 2012.

Mads P.G. Korsgaard was employed in NeuroSearch in 1997 and was a member of the Board in the previous election period from 2008-2012. Morten Henrik Nielsen was employed in 1989.
