Tilbagekøb af egne aktier - Novozymes A/S B-aktier

Den 20. januar 2012 indledte Novozymes et aktietilbagekøbsprogram i overensstemmelse med Europa-Kommissionens regulativ nr. 2273/2003 af 22. december 2003, også kendt som ”Safe Harbour”-regulativet. Under dette program vil Novozymes tilbagekøbe B-aktier for et samlet beløb af op til 1.000 mio. kr. i perioden fra 20. januar 2012 til 31. december 2012.
