The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Brunel International N.V. on Thursday November 15, 2012 approved the appointment of Mr. Jan Bout as member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years.
Mr. Bout (1946) had the Dutch nationality and is also member of the Supervisory Board of Ballast Nedam N.V., Delta N.V. and Haskoning DHV Groep B.V.
